Affiliate Program — Vavya

Earn up to 25% commission on every sale you drive.

Welcome to the Vavya Affiliate Program — our way of rewarding partners, creators, stylists, and fashion lovers who help bring Vavya’s jewelry to more happy customers.

How it works

  1. Join — Sign up for the program (quick approval).

  2. Promote — Use your unique affiliate link or promo codes on social, blog, email, reels, or stories.

  3. Earn — Get paid for every successful sale made through your link. Commissions are tracked automatically.

Commission Structure (Earn up to 25%)

We reward performance with a clear, simple tiered structure. Commissions are calculated on the product sale value (taxes & shipping excluded) after returns/refunds.

Performance Tier Sales (rolling 30 days) Commission per sale
Starter 0 — 50 sales 10%
Rising Star 51 — 200 sales 15%
Influencer 201 — 500 sales 20%
Partner Elite 501+ sales Up to 25%

Example: If you refer a ₹2,000 necklace and you’re in the Rising Star tier (15%), you earn ₹300 for that sale.

Notes: Tiers update automatically every 30 days based on confirmed sales. Seasonal promotions may offer higher temporary commission rates — we’ll announce those in your dashboard.

Eligible Products

  • Most Vavya jewellery and accessories are eligible.

  • Certain promotional or discounted items may have a lower commission or be excluded — the product eligibility will be visible in your affiliate dashboard.

Tracking & Cookies

  • We use reliable affiliate tracking. Your unique link stores a cookie for 30 days by default.

  • If a customer purchases within that window, you receive the credit for that sale.

Payments

  • Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000 (or equivalent).

  • Payouts frequency: Monthly (payouts processed on the 15th of each month for the prior month’s confirmed earnings).

  • Payment methods: Bank transfer / PayPal / Payoneer (choose in your dashboard).

  • Returns & chargebacks: Commissions are adjusted for refunds/returns and chargebacks. Only confirmed net sales contribute to payouts.

Creative Assets & Promo Tools

When you join, you get access to:

  • Banner images and social-ready tiles (square, story, and feed sizes)

  • Reels hooks and caption templates

  • Discount codes (on request for limited campaigns)

  • Product deep-links (link directly to product pages)

Use these assets for a professional look and higher conversions.

How to Join

  1. Click Join Now on the affiliate signup page.

  2. Fill in your details (name, email, payment info, website/social handles).

  3. We’ll review and approve most applicants within 24–72 hours.

  4. After approval you receive your affiliate dashboard and assets.

Rules & Best Practices

To keep the program fair and high-quality, affiliates must follow these rules:

  • No spammy activity (spam emails, paid click farms, or deceptive advertising).

  • Proper disclosure: Always disclose that links are affiliate links when posting.

  • No trademark bidding (bidding on Vavya brand keywords in paid search) unless pre-approved.

  • Do not create coupon pages that mislead customers about pricing.

Violations may result in withholding of commissions or termination from the program.

Q: How long until I see my first commission?
A: Once a referred order is confirmed (no refund) it shows in your dashboard within 24–48 hours.

Q: Can I use discount codes along with my affiliate link?
A: Yes — discounts are allowed. Commission is calculated on the final sale price after discounts.

Q: Can I join if I’m outside India?
A: Yes — we accept international partners. Payout currencies and methods may vary.
