Refund & Return Policy

At Vavya, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • You must raise the return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Earrings / Nose Pins

  • Beauty, skincare, cosmetic products

  • Items purchased during special sales or with heavy discounts

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@vavya.co.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach order ID, photos of the product, and issue details.

  3. Once approved, the pickup will be arranged.

  4. After the product passes quality check, refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued as:

  • Store Credit (default option) — usable on any future purchase
    or

  • Original Payment Method (if applicable)

Refunds may take 5–7 working days after QC approval.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only for damaged or incorrect products.

  • No size or preference-based exchanges.
